Sweet Potato and Carrot Mash

Sweet Potato and Carrot Mash





Ingredients

    1. 6 medium carrots
    2. 3 medium sweet potatoes
    3. 1 tablespoon butter
    4. 1 pinch cinnamon
    5. 1 pinch nutmeg
    6. 1/4 Cup of Honey

Directions

  1. Peel carrots and cut into serving size pieces.
  2. Peel sweet potatoes and cut into serving sized pieces.
  3. Boil each vegetable until tender.
  4. Drain vegetables and place into one container.
  5. Mash together, a mill works best,
  6. Add butter and spices, honey.
