Fruit Tarts
A Recipe Made Simple
And Tastes Wickedly Good
Ingredients:
1 PKG of already made tartlets
1 batch of Pastry Cream
1 PKG Blueberries
1 PKG Rasberries
Apple Jelly
Method of Preparation:
Step #1 Layout tartlets on plate.
Step #2 Pipe Pastry Cream in each tart
Step #3 Place 2 Blueberries and 1 raspberry on each tart. Make sure fruit is washed and patted dry first.
Step #4 In a sauce pan over med. heat add 1 Cup of Apple Jelly
Step #5 When its spreadable, use a pastry brush and dab each piece of fruit. this will give a glossy finish to it.
Remember!!
1) I gave you a general idea of the different fruits that can be used. Feel free to substitute or add any of your favorite fruits.
2) A simple Syrup or a clear jelly could be used.
