Bagel Bruschetta

Bagel Bruschetta 

serves 4

-Recipe-
Ingredients
2 english muffins, cut in half, toasted
olive oil
1 can of diced tomatoes OR dice 2 tomatoes and season with Italian seasonings
Fresh Basil 
4 slices of smoked Gouda

Method of Preparation 
Step 1) Preheat oven 350 Degrees
Step 2) on toasted English muffin drizzle olive oil on all 4 pieces.
Step 3) Spoon about 3 TBL of tomatoes on it, you can adjust the amount to your liking.
Step 4) Add a slice of cheese to each english muffin
Step 5) BAKE for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
