Caprese Salad

Caprese Salad 
"Italian art is amazing, but the food is incredible"-Me 
....



Caprese Salad
Serving 4-6

......
Ingredients
.......

3 Ripe tomatoes, sliced (4 each slices per tomato)
Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Pinch of Kosher salt
Pinch of Cracked black Pepper
12 slices of Mozzarella Cheese
Handful of arugula
4 slices of prosciutto
*Optional* Drizzle of barrel aged white wine vinegar

......
Instructions
......

1) Place sliced tomatoes on a serving plate.
2) Add a slice of mozzarella cheese.
3) Drizzle olive oil on each slice. sprinkle Prosutto e salt and pepper on each slice.
4) Sprinkle a few sprigs of arugula on each portion.
5) For presentation purposes i aded 4 slices of prosciutto nicely arranged on the plate.
6) I also drizzled very lightly the white wine vinegar.
