Cheese Platters for those special events!

Being a host at a party or even being the person who has that daunting task of bringing something to any occasional parties. I have a few tips, tricks and examples of my ideas that can easily be adapted into your own festive platters for any holiday and occasion.
Tips and Tricks
1) Determine the size... (Small 3-4 cheeses, Medium 5-6, Large 7-8)
2) visit a knowledgeable seller of cheese, maybe local market, grocery store chain, or even a specialty cheese shop.
3) Variety, you want to bring life to the cheese plate by adding different cheeses of color, texture, and shape
4) finding that right plate.... gent funky with the plate that you will be using.
5) Be creative, uses garnishes, name tags for the cheese, add crackers or even fruit.
6) Have fun doing it, there isn't a wrong or right way.
