Pumpkin Pie

Miss Francis Pumpkin Pie





Serving 8

Ingredients:
1 (15oz.) can pumpkin pie
1 (14oz) sweetened condense milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp cinnamon,ground
1/2  tsp ginger, ground
1/2 tsp nutmeg, ground
1/2 tsp salt
1 (9-inch) unbanked pie crust

Method of preparation:

Step 1) Heat oven to 425 degrees. Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condense milk, eggs, spices and salt in A medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust.

Step 2) bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees; bake an additional 35 to 40 minutes if you incert a knife and it comes out clean.

Step 3) let cool

Step 4) garnish to your liking

Step 5) serve
