Turkey Left Overs: Turkey Salad

Turkey Salad
2 servings 


RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Homemade mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 2 cups  cooked turkey meat, chopped 
  • 2 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 roasted red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 Cup of onions, diced 

  • Method of Preparation:
  1. In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, pepper, salt, garlic powder, celery, onion, and red pepper. Toss with Turkey.
