Bread Pudding, Hawaii Style

Bread Pudding, Hawaii Style



Recipe :

Ingredients:
5 Large eggs 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 up of sugar 
1/2 Tsp of cinnamon 
1/8 YSP nutmeg, ground
3 cups milk
1 loaf of Brioche, Cubed  
1- ounce of pineapple rings, diced
1/4 cup shredded coconut 

Directions: 

Step 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. in a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk.
Step 2) Stir in bread cubes, Pineapple, Coconut. Pour in a 13 X 9 X 2 pan coated with cooking spray. 
Step 3) Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes.  
Step 4) server with a sweet sauce or ice cream.
