Chocolate Mousse
1)Melt chocolate and butter over a double boiler2) Blend pasteurized egg yolks into the melted chocolate mixture
3) Add liqueur or flavoring
4) Fold in whipped pasteurized egg whites
5) fold whip cream into mixture
6) Dont over fold but make sure all ingredients are well incorporated in.
7) Portion mousse a a serving vessel of your choice.
